Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before participating in the Brand My Mini sponsorship auction organized by lubign (@lubign).

The Auction & Unconditional Purchase Guarantee

Brand My Mini is a public sponsorship auction offering 9 individual sticker placements on an Apple Mac mini computer with M6 chip. The auction closes promptly on September 22, 2026 at 23:59:59 UTC.

Our Commitment & Guarantee: If the total fundraising target of $1,799.00 USD is not met when bidding closes, the organizer will fund the remaining balance personally, purchase the Mac mini with M6 chip regardless, and 100% honor, print, and permanently display all winning sponsor stickers for the full operational lifetime of the computer.

Surplus Funds & Earthquake Relief Donation

The primary hardware funding goal is exactly $1,799.00 USD (the cost of the Mac mini with M6 chip, 32GB unified memory, and 1TB SSD storage). 100% of any surplus funds raised beyond this $1,799 goal will be donated directly to reputable humanitarian relief organizations assisting Venezuelan earthquake victims and rebuilding efforts.

Bidding Rules & Increments

  • All bids are placed in United States Dollars ($ USD).
  • Starting base prices are tiered: Small: $40, Medium Sides: $60, Front Center: $80, and Large Banners: $100.
  • The minimum outbid increment is +$10.00 USD above the current leading bid.
  • Bids are publicly visible on the live 3D and 2D blueprints immediately upon submission.
  • The highest valid bid recorded on each spot at the closing deadline will be declared the winning bidder.

Winner Settlement & PayPal Payment Policy

Within 24 hours of auction closing, winning bidders will be contacted at their registered email address with instructions to complete their payment via PayPal (paypal.me/lubign) for the exact amount of their winning bid.

48-Hour Payment Window: Payment must be completed within 48 hours of notification. If a winning bidder fails to pay within this timeframe, their bid will be forfeited and the spot will be offered to the runner-up bidder.

Brand Approval & 100% Refund Policy

The organizer (lubign) reserves the right to review and approve all sponsor logos and brand submissions. Startups, tech companies, open-source projects, and creator brands are warmly welcomed.

Full Refund Guarantee: If a winning brand or logo is not approved by the organizer (e.g., due to offensive material, NSFW content, or conflict of interest), 100% of the money will be promptly and fully refunded to the bidder via PayPal, and the sponsorship spot will be allocated to the runner-up bidder.

Sticker Production & Lifetime Placement

Approved logos will be printed on commercial-grade, UV-protected vinyl stickers and permanently adhered to the designated spots of the Mac mini used as the organizer's daily development machine.
